Valuraa Return & Refund Policy

At Valuraa, we believe in transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • With original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, please email us at valuraa.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share detailed return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
